June 25 IT Forum: CS Thesis Topics

The Ateneo IT Forum is in full swing once again this year. Once again, I'll be organizing this series of talks with the Management Informations Systems Association (MISA), and of course our department DISCS, Ateneo. The MISA side seems thoroughly assertive but they are giving me the impression that they don't know what to do and where to start. Pfft. After all, its the MIS people who have all these required talks from the department that need to be taken care of, while CS people are doing it for kicks and having fun.

To jumpstart the year, the first IT Forum will be on (gasp) Senior CS Thesis Topics (gasp again!). Its sounds really boring. Hihi. But we can always give it a little twist. We'll invite graduating CE, ECE, PS, PS-CE, and Applied Math as well.

Some faculty, and a guest speaker will present their research agendas, recommendations for doing a CS thesis, tips-and-tricks and general advice.
