I cooked breakfast and lunch today. It happens to me sometimes, that I have this itch to cook something nice for myself (and save some for others too haha). I’m a bit picky when it comes to food, cooking food and eating food. Food, food, food! Runs in the family I guess. Food is an art form, eating as well as cooking it is art in itself. I can’t imagine myself living on canned food, fast food, junk food and instant noodles! How miserable.
For breakfast I just had corned beef (cooked until the natural fats have evaporated, leaving a dry beef mixture), boiled potatoes with a bit of cheese and pepper (I was too lazy and too hungry to bake them), and sauted tomatoes and onions in olive oil.
For lunch, I had my favourite lamb recipe! Lamb Osso Buco. Some recipes put red wine, but white wine gives it a smoother taste. Get dry white wine. The hardest part of it is chopping up all those onions, tomatos, garlic, red and green bell pepper, celery, and carrots! Not just 1 onion, 5 onions! 3 bell peppers! 6 tomatoes! 1 fat carrot! I love a chunky and onioney sauce. The sauce is awesome as a dressing,. Better to eat it with some greens and potatoes than plain rice.

For dinner, LAMB AGAIN! Nyahahaha!

I AM DIETING. But that doesn't mean I can't eat stuff I want to. Eat right, don't cook in oil or butter. Use lean meat. No rice. Exercise! Hydroxycut! That's it!
